- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

- Depending on the supplier, delivery may vary. The options below are not guaranteed:
- Zen+ Shipping: Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days
- Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery: 10-20 business days
- Each option above is displayed within the product detail page. If it is not displayed, then estimated delivery is 5 to 10 business days
- Some items may take longer due to supplier handling times or shipping delays
International Orders
- Orders are not delivered outside of United States at this time.

- After your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

- We will work with the supplier to resolve the issue, which may include:
- Replacement of the item
- Refund if replacement is not possible
