  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

United States

  • Depending on the supplier, delivery may vary. The options below are not guaranteed:
    • Zen+ Shipping: Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days
    • Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery: 10-20 business days
  • Each option above is displayed within the product detail page. If it is not displayed, then estimated delivery is 5 to 10 business days
  • Some items may take longer due to supplier handling times or shipping delays

International Orders

  • Orders are not delivered outside of United States at this time.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

  • We will work with the supplier to resolve the issue, which may include:
    • Replacement of the item
    • Refund if replacement is not possible
