Refund policy

At Zen Holystic, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Once orders are shipped via our suppliers, they cannot be canceled.
Returns
- Due to the nature of dropshipping, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
- If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Submit your request to Customer Support.
- In your request, please provide your order number and photo evidence of the issue.
Refunds
- Once your return request is approved, we will either:
- Issue a replacement for the item
- Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
- If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, we will work with the supplier to resolve the issue.
- Resolution may include a replacement or refund, depending on supplier policies.
- Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process such claims.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind / ordered the wrong product
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Items without proper proof of issue (for damaged/defective claims)
International Orders
- International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees.
- These charges are not refundable, even if the order is returned or refunded.
