At Zen Holystic, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Once orders are shipped via our suppliers, they cannot be canceled.

Returns

  • Due to the nature of dropshipping, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
  • If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Submit your request to Customer Support.
  • In your request, please provide your order number and photo evidence of the issue.

Refunds

  • Once your return request is approved, we will either:
    • Issue a replacement for the item
    • Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Lost or Damaged in Transit

  • If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, we will work with the supplier to resolve the issue.
  • Resolution may include a replacement or refund, depending on supplier policies.
  • Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process such claims.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind / ordered the wrong product
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Items without proper proof of issue (for damaged/defective claims)

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees.
  • These charges are not refundable, even if the order is returned or refunded.
